New Submission Policy

I think the Club Policy suggestion below is fantastic! A lot of other galleries are now on board and I hope that all of you (club admins) will consider making it your new policy, if you haven't already.
It is quickly becoming a site-wide change that is being encouraged and promoted by the Gallery Directors. This will most definitely address the problem of people faving artworks from your clubs.
